Programs
Classes can be virtual or in-person. All of our programs include a weekly topic followed by a Q&A with certified Yoga Instructor Kathy Nguyen and Nutritionist Mike Shmakov.
Promotions are done in-house to educate employees on mobility, strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and nutrition. We also organize events with incentives for employees to get involved in the program. Open communication with Troika allows all employees to have direct access to our staff in order to ask questions and get any help they need.
