During Your Consultation:
It helps to get some information about you in regard to muscle mass, body fat, and water intake. We do a quick 5-min inBody test to gather this information. Only suggestions for accuracy are no food or caffeine within two hours of the test.
Once we review your numbers we will establish a baseline program and show you what the coaching and training process looks like in order to establish what are the most relevant services to you.

We have a one-time plan which includes a comprehensive plan of nutrition coaching, meal planning, training program, mobility, supplement intake, and cardiovascular training. There’s also a one-time personal training plan.
