Mindset Coaching

A significant number of individuals face challenges with the mental and emotional aspects of their fitness program. To address this, The Fit Clinic will focus more deeply on its three core pillars: Motion, Muscle, and Mindset. This approach will enable us to offer a more holistic and comprehensive service to our clients.

Asaya Azah is a Californian native who earned a Masters degree in Public Health from Tulane University. She made a career shift in 2012 from the healthcare industry to the "people" development business where she currently advises individuals and organizations on leadership development. With her expertise in public health, Asaya advocates for a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, highlighting the importance of building a positive mindset to achieve optimal results. Furthermore, she has personal experience with weight loss, having lost over 40 pounds and competing in the Bikini Division on several occasions.

Mindset coaching focuses on helping individuals develop a positive and growth-oriented mindset. It involves working with clients to identify and overcome limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that may be holding them back in various areas of their lives, such as career, relationships, or personal growth.

Mindset coaches use various techniques and strategies to help clients shift their thinking patterns and develop a more positive and empowered mindset. These may include visualization exercises, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and goal-setting strategies.

The ultimate goal of mindset coaching is to help clients develop a growth mindset, which is characterized by a belief in one's ability to learn, grow, and improve over time. By cultivating a growth mindset, individuals are better equipped to navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.
